Nature’s Calling at Ski Hearth Farm
Nature’s Calling at Ski Hearth Farm
Are you feeling the call to return to nature and community?
Nature’s Calling is a monthly outdoor gathering at Ski Hearth Farm in Sugar Hill, New Hampshire, held in the heart of the White Mountains with views of Franconia Ridge and Cannon Mountain. Now in its third year, this welcoming circle brings neighbors and visitors together to deepen connection with each other and with the more than human world. Each 90 minute gathering follows a simple format: an opening circle of poetry, music, or movement; an invitation to an experience in nature through easeful movement, writing, or drawing; a sharing and reflection circle; and a closing.
All are welcome. Bring your own perspectives and life experiences, kindness and acceptance, your love of the natural world, a journal and pen, a mug for coffee or tea or a water bottle, and whatever you need to be comfortable outdoors in any season and any weather. A reading or song you would like to share with the circle is always gratefully received.
