Fresh Salon & Day Spa first opened its doors in April 2009. Originally located in the historic Thayers Inn, the business quickly outgrew its first space. An opportunity to relocate to the Tannery presented itself when Kristen partnered with the late Ray Cloutier, who envisioned creating a wellness-centered community hub. Fresh became an anchor tenant, and the Tannery evolved into a bustling space for health and beauty services.
After Cloutier’s passing, ownership changes at the Tannery and Kristen sought a new location that better suited her growing business. In 2023, she reopened Fresh Salon in its current home near the Inkwell Coffee Shop in downtown Littleton. This move allowed her to custom-build a space that fully aligned with the vision she had cultivated over the years. From layout to lighting, every detail was designed to enhance the client experience and streamline the workflow of her team.

The new location opened in August 2023 and brought with it an expanded list of services. In addition to hair, nails, waxing, and skincare, Fresh now offers massage therapy and access to an infrared sauna.
