This week’s featured member NTx Ventures is a company that brings both technical expertise and practical business support to the region. Co-founded by Chip Strata and Clif Boyd, NTx Ventures offers a comprehensive suite of services designed to help entrepreneurs and small businesses grow, scale, and modernize.

A Dual-Track Origin Story

Chip Strata and Clif Boyd go back many years. According to Chip, both have worked together in different entrepreneurial and professional settings, building not only a strong friendship but also a powerful business partnership. Chip’s technical background in network engineering evolved into a role focused on people, consulting and sales. Clif, by contrast, leans deep into software development. As Chip put it, “He is very happy in the technical world. I’m the one that answers phone calls.”

Over time they identified a need in digital marketing to streamline and automate repetitive tasks. During the pandemic, they began building tools that automate video workflow, ad campaign creation, and performance tracking for their clients.

What NTx Ventures Does

NTx Ventures is structured as a business services network. They support entrepreneurs and business owners in four major areas: business consulting, software development, sales, and web marketing. They also offer human resources support. Through this mix, they help businesses of all sizes, from startups to more established companies.

Business Consulting

NTx helps clients with everything from legal structure to operations. They guide business owners in setting up LLCs or corporations, building databases, selecting web platforms, and designing efficient processes. If a business is struggling with workflows, NTx steps in to diagnose and recommend tech solutions. They also support recruiting and hiring, handling job descriptions, screening, onboarding, and long-term team building.

Software Development

Agile and test-driven, their development team builds web applications, real-time databases, automation tools, and more. One of their flagship offerings helps businesses automate lead collection and maintain 24/7 sales support. This development capacity combines custom software with practical solutions that solve real business problems.

The Power of Automation and AI

One of the most compelling aspects of NTx Ventures is their use of automation and artificial intelligence. Chip explained that their software handles complex digital marketing tasks, such as generating ad copy, setting budgets, and uploading to multiple platforms. “We can get a spreadsheet  and use the AI to create the copy and the ad campaigns … and it’s all automated,” he said. This automation reduces manual labor while increasing efficiency.

In the real estate space, NTx launched a product called ExactAd.io, which allows realtors to upload property details and images and instantly run campaigns across Google and Meta. “We built the realty advertising to be fully self service. You put in the information, upload a picture, and we will start advertising campaigns across Google and Meta,” Chip explained.

They also plan to expand this model to other industries. Chip shared that they are building a generalized advertising and marketing app that asks business owners simple questions about their business and automatically builds a website and ad campaigns using AI. If a user does not have a website, their system can generate one, giving the business a destination for their advertisements.

Accessibility for Small Businesses

NTx Ventures is deeply committed to making advanced digital tools affordable for small businesses. They offer fully self-service options with very low minimum advertising budgets. As Chip described, “You set your own advertising budget as low as $50 a week.” They focus that spend on highly localized targeting so small-town business owners can reach the people who matter most without wasting budget. They aim to keep things self-service to reduce overhead and pass savings on to their customers.

Local Commitment, Global Capacity

Though their work is technical and cutting edge, NTx Ventures remains rooted in the Littleton area. Chip and Clif moved to this region recently. Their office on Main Street offers a physical home base, while their team and operations largely run remotely. The business network model enables them to scale out to clients across markets. Their ability to combine local presence with global capacity is a strong differentiator.
