Who Qualifies
Nominations are welcome for individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to the community through volunteer efforts, civic involvement, mentorship, leadership, or charitable work. Ideal candidates are people whose actions reflect integrity, compassion, and a genuine desire to make life better for those around them.

Complete the nomination form below and share detailed information about your nominee’s contributions. Please include your contact information as well, so we can follow up if we need clarification. After the nomination period closes, all submissions are reviewed by our awards committee.

What Happens After You Nominate
Once the committee has reviewed all submissions, a recipient is selected based on impact, service, and leadership within the community. The honoree is recognized during the Annual Awards Celebration, a gathering that brings people together for an evening of appreciation, connection, and celebration.
