Celebrate Littleton’s 25th annual Pollyanna Glad Day on Saturday, June 12, 2027, honoring the legacy of Eleanor Hodgman Porter, whose 1913 novel Pollyanna introduced the world to the “glad game” and inspired generations of readers with its message of optimism and gratitude. This free, family-friendly event features a community group photo at Littleton’s iconic bronze Pollyanna sculpture, hands-on art activities, live entertainment, and the presentation of the annual Pollyanna Signature Award, recognizing a community member who exemplifies the spirit of gladness. Whether you are discovering Pollyanna for the first time or have been celebrating Glad Day for years, all are welcome. No registration required.
