Laureen’s path to bookkeeping began decades ago when she co-owned a small printing company in Enfield. While operating that business, she was introduced to the SCORE mentoring program and quickly found herself managing the company’s financial records. Over the years, she built on that experience through administrative and financial roles in Massachusetts before returning to New Hampshire. In 2020, during the pandemic, she officially launched LMo Bookkeeping Services. As Laureen shared, “I guess puzzles have always been a thing for me, and I realized that a lot of small businesses fail because they know their business, but they are not necessarily so great with the numbers.”
Her ability to see bookkeeping as a puzzle to be solved has become a guiding principle of her work. Whether untangling complex accounts or helping a client establish a simple invoicing system, Laureen brings patience, problem-solving skills, and empathy to the process.
