Armed with 15 years of commercial banking experience and a background as a certified Community Bank Credit Analyst, Kaila enrolled in the Stay-at-Home Bookkeepers Academy and set out to fill that gap herself. She grew her client base organically through referrals and word of mouth, and today serves 18 clients, with a subcontractor supporting background operations. She has since become a mentor in the same academy that trained her, answering questions for the next generation of bookkeepers.
