After earning her credentials from the Salter School of Nursing in 2014, Joanna worked in various medical sectors, including behavioral health, primary care, and urgent care. Her passion for aesthetics led her to shift focus in 2023 and open the spa with the goal of providing top-quality skincare and medical aesthetics to the North Country.
Stephanie Ritchey – Nurse Practitioner, Medical Director
Stephanie Ritchey brings over 25 years of nursing experience and now serves as the Medical Director at Mountain Medical Spa and Laser Center. Having completed her graduate studies in South Carolina, she is excited to return to her hometown in Littleton, NH. Stephanie is a Family Nurse Practitioner with a deep understanding of aesthetic treatments, including facial rejuvenation and non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
Kristin Roberts – Nurse
Kristin Roberts has served the local community as a nurse for over 25 years. In her free time, Kristin enjoys spending time with her family and new grandson.

Dr. Melanie Lawrence – Family Medicine Physician
Dr. Melanie Lawrence, MD, has over 20 years of experience as a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician.
