Featured Member The Community Builders Hub (CBH) is a platform dedicated to fostering connections and supporting community-building initiatives across New Hampshire’s Coös County, northern Grafton County, and northeastern Essex County in Vermont. Through events, projects, and collaborative efforts, CBH plays a crucial role in helping communities thrive by promoting relationship-building and resource-sharing among local residents and organizations.

The Role of Community Stewards
A key aspect of CBH’s efforts is its team of three full-time Community Stewards. These individuals are based in three distinct regions:
- Canaan, Colebrook, and Stratford
- Milan, Berlin, and Gorham
- Groveton, Lancaster, and Littleton
These Community Stewards work closely with local residents to co-design events and projects that address specific community challenges and opportunities. Their presence on the ground enables CBH to maintain strong connections with residents and understand the unique needs of each area they serve.
