Bienvenue & Co
Bienvenue & Co. is a renovation-focused interior design studio specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, mudrooms, laundry rooms, and thoughtfully designed living spaces. We work with homeowners throughout northern New Hampshire and Vermont, as well as clients remotely across the country, creating homes that are as functional as they are beautiful.
My path into interior design has been anything but traditional. I grew up working alongside my dad, a commercial plumber, starting when I was 12 years old. Those early experiences sparked a lifelong appreciation for construction and gave me a firsthand understanding of how homes are built—not just how they look when they’re finished.
After earning my engineering degree, I spent four and a half years working for the Department of Defense at NAVSEA Philadelphia, where I developed a strong technical foundation in engineering, project management, and problem solving.
When COVID changed the world, I took time away from my engineering career to stay home and raise my growing family. As my youngest got older, I found my way back into the workforce through interior design. In 2021, I began working part-time for an interior designer while simultaneously joining a residential design-build construction company as Chief Operating Officer and Lead Designer.
Over the next five years, I designed kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and whole-home renovations while managing the day-to-day operations of a busy construction company. Working alongside contractors every day gave me an in-depth understanding of construction sequencing, budgeting, materials, and the countless details that make a renovation successful.
Today, Bienvenue & Co. brings together everything I’ve learned—from growing up in the trades, to engineering for the Department of Defense, to leading operations for a design-build firm. My goal is to bridge the gap between homeowners and contractors by creating spaces that are beautiful, functional, and buildable. I believe great design isn’t just about selecting finishes—it’s about solving problems, improving the way people live in their homes, and helping clients navigate renovations with confidence.
Whether I’m designing a full kitchen remodel or reimagining a small bathroom, my focus is always the same: creating spaces that work better, feel timeless, and make everyday life a little easier.
