Northern Community Investment Capital (NCIC) is a Program of New Hampshire Community Loan Fund that aims to strengthen businesses, communities, and employment opportunities. NCIC was established in 1975 to promote sound development in Northeastern Vermont and Northern New Hampshire. NCIC is a private, non-profit, community-based corporation. Its goal is to generate and preserve employment and other social and economic benefits for the region by prudent investment of its resources.
