Littleton Lions Fall Foliage Meet & Classic Car Show

Littleton Lions Fall Foliage Meet & Classic Car Show
The Littleton Lions Fall Foliage Meet & Classic Car Show fills Main Street with chrome and fins for a Saturday afternoon parade, then moves out to Varney-Smith Field for the Sunday show. Now in its 45th year, it’s the Lions Club’s biggest fundraiser and one of the best excuses in the North Country to stand on a curb and point at a Model A.
Saturday: The Parade
Every car in the meet rolls down Main Street at 1 p.m., with vehicles and drivers introduced as they pass. Grab a spot downtown early, because the sidewalks fill. Afterward the whole procession heads out on a roughly 20-mile foliage tour through the surrounding hills, timed for peak color.
Sunday: On the Field
The show itself takes over Varney-Smith Field on Meadow Street: rows of antiques, classics, hot rods, and the occasional oddball military rig, with judging and awards across a long list of classes. Wander, talk to owners, admire engine bays.
Who Puts It On
The Littleton Lions Club has run the Fall Foliage Meet for more than four decades. It’s their major annual fundraiser, supporting the club’s community work throughout the year, from vision programs to holiday food baskets.
