Celebrate Littleton’s 24th annual Pollyanna Glad Day on Saturday, June 13, 2026, from noon to 2:00 p.m. on the lawn of the Littleton Public Library, 92 Main Street. This free, all-ages community event honors Littleton native Eleanor Hodgman Porter, author of the beloved 1913 novel Pollyanna, whose spirit of optimism put Littleton on the map. Join the Friends of Remich Park and the Littleton Area Chamber of Commerce for a community group photo at the iconic bronze Pollyanna sculpture, hands-on art activities with the Littleton Studio School, and cupcakes from Jack and Fin’s. No registration required.
