Snowplow Operator & Landscaping Crew Member – Karner Blue Landscaping

Karner Blue Landscaping, a veteran-owned company based in Bethlehem, NH, is seeking a reliable Snowplow Operator & Landscaping Crew Member to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a 3/4-ton plow truck and be available for on-call snow and ice management from November through March. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $23 to $25 per hour depending on experience, a dedicated take-home vehicle, and an end-of-season attendance and safety bonus.

In addition to plowing, the role will involve fall cleanup operations and property boundary prep before transitioning to our core landscaping crew in the spring. We prioritize sustainable, eco-friendly practices and encourage all team members to contribute ideas openly in our flexible, growth-oriented work environment. Comprehensive training will be provided, but experience with equipment maintenance, sand/salt spreaders, and commercial yard equipment is a plus. Candidates must be 21+, authorized to work in the US, and able to pass background checks.
