
STUDENT OF THE YEAR SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION
Each year, select Littleton High School Seniors are invited to complete the Student of the Year scholarship application. Sponsored by the Eames Family Scholarship Fund, this program awards $1,000 to exemplary students who have met basic requirements and stand out as leaders within the school community.
About the Eames Family Scholarship
The Eames Family Scholarship Fund has long been dedicated to fostering academic excellence and community involvement. The Student of the Year award is one of the fund’s hallmark initiatives, celebrating students who exemplify hard work, integrity, and a commitment to bettering their community. Applicants for this prestigious honor must maintain a GPA of 3.25 or higher, have no record of disciplinary action, demonstrate a strong history of school attendance, and complete a minimum of 100 documented hours of community service. These criteria ensure that the recipients excel academically and embody the values of responsibility and civic engagement.

The Student Essay
An integral part of the application process is a 500-word essay that challenges students to reflect on their relationship with the town of Littleton and their vision for its future. This thought-provoking question encourages applicants to think critically about their experiences growing up in Littleton and how they can pay it forward.
The Interviews
Once applications have been submitted, all applicants will be invited to participate in a 15-minute interview with the Littleton Area Chamber of Commerce leadership. The first round of interviews will be completed in one day, followed by a more in-depth, 30-minute interview process for semi-finalists at a later date.
